Millars Well Primary School (PS) is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher - Early Childhood to become a permanent member of the team. We require a teacher who puts the needs of students at the heart of their practice and is committed, first and foremost, to proactively building respectful relationships with all our students and their families, thus supporting belonging, being and becoming.
We are looking for a team player who is on a leadership journey and who is passionate about working with colleagues to plan for and support all students in the school. It will be highly desirable for the successful applicant to welcome peer observation and feedback, active participation in professional learning communities, whole-school planning and data sharing, and a focus on continual professional and school improvement.

A commitment to practices that support the National Quality Standard must be demonstrated, including partnerships with families. To be successful in this role, the ongoing development of cultural awareness and responsiveness will be critical. Our new team member will be familiar with and committed to a positive behaviour support (PBS) model, and will demonstrate the capacity to explicitly teach behaviours and mindsets that support self-regulation, respect and resilience.
