This is a permanent part-time (0.8FTE) position commencing Term 1, 2021
Bletchley Park Primary School (PS) is seeking a dedicated and motivated Teacher – Primary – Music to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering a music program for Pre Primary - Year 6 and teach one other area of the WA Curriculum for one day of the week.
The successful applicant should be knowledgeable and passionate about promoting the Arts and have the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff and the wider community. It will be desirable for you to have willingness to run extra curriculum activities such as choir and participate in extra curricula music activities.
Bletchley Park PS has an Index of Community Socio-Educational Advantage (ICSEA) of 1045, is situated in Southern River, and first opened in February 2008 with 190 students from Kindergarten to Year 7. Our current enrolment is approximately 940 students.

This selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy. Applicants assessed as suitable during this selection process may be considered for other similar vacancies that occur throughout our school for up to 12 months following this initial appointment. This includes circumstances where this position becomes subsequently vacant should the successful applicant decline or vacate the advertised position.

- Professional practice; and
- Professional engagement.

ELIGIBILITY

TRAINING
Employees will be required to:
- complete the Department’s induction program within three months of commencement; and
- complete any training specific to this role required by Departmental policy.
The Department applies a four (4) day breach period to this selection process.
