About the Role
This position coordinates a team of Executive Transport Officers and provides a high standard of chauffeuring and support services to meet the needs of the Premier, Ministers of the Crown, other high profile clients and the Department’s Protocol and State Events team. Suitable applicants must be able to work every other weekend, most evenings and five (5) public holidays per annum, drive long distances and some overnight stays.

Suitable applicants will be required to provide:
- Must hold a current West Australian ‘C’ class driver’s licence with zero outstanding suspensions as confirmed by a State Traffic Certificate, and pass a driving assessment conducted by the Department’s nominated assessor;
- Must pass the ‘Medical Assessment Certificate – Fitness to Drive’ prior to appointment, and every two years thereafter; and
- Must have or obtain a National Police Clearance not more than two (2) months old.
