POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Service Support Analyst is responsible for:

  • Coordinating and delivering service desk services to ensure they meet the ODPP’s business and strategic objectives;
  • Supporting the Systems Manager with network infrastructure services and cloud-based services;
  • Maintaining and developing the service catalogue;
  • Maintaining the information technology asset register in coordination with the Service Manager;
  • Identifying opportunities for continual improvement in consultation.

Suitable applicants may be considered for other suitable vacancies arising during the six months following the completion of the recruitment and selection process.
