POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Service Support Analyst is responsible for:
- Coordinating and delivering service desk services to ensure they meet the ODPP’s business and strategic objectives;
- Supporting the Systems Manager with network infrastructure services and cloud-based services;
- Maintaining and developing the service catalogue;
- Maintaining the information technology asset register in coordination with the Service Manager;
- Identifying opportunities for continual improvement in consultation.
Suitable applicants may be considered for other suitable vacancies arising during the six months following the completion of the recruitment and selection process.
