The Role
We are seeking an Instructional Designer with substantial experience in scoping, developing, and designing operational and competency based training and assessment resources that meet the PTA’s capability framework and learning requirements. The successful candidate will have: a relevant qualification in instructional design plus a Cert IV in Training and Assessment; considerable experience in the design, development, delivery and evaluation of adult learning and development programs, particularly competency based training; excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal); and a demonstrated ability to lead, coordinate, monitor and progress project tasks to achieve goals and objectives.
This is a fixed term opportunity to the 6 February 2020, on a full time basis of 40 hours per week, with a possibility of extension and/or permanency.
