This 12 month contract is offered with the possibility for extensions or permanency subject of funding and conditions. Suitable applicants may be considered for future similar employment opportunities during the next six (6) months. A national police clearance is required prior to employment.

Job Description
This position is in the Forensic Chemistry section of the Forensic Science Laboratory. The section provides crime scene, analytical, consultant and expert evidence services in the areas of illicit drugs, clandestine laboratories, drug profiling and chemical criminalistics and CBR.

Successful applicants will require a National Police Clearance, Hepatitis B Immunity, Fit for Work testing and may be asked to provide a buccal swab sample for a staff DNA elimination database.
