The Mandurah Court is located in the Peel Region, just 45 mins south of Perth, is a natural adventure playground made up of the regions of Mandurah, Murray, Waroona, Serpentine/Jarrahdale and Boddington.

All with something different to offer, the Peel Region is full of diverse and beautiful spots for weekend getaways and short breaks.

Role

The Clerk of Court Mandurah will:

Effectively manage the non-judicial functions of the Magistrates Court of WA at Mandurah.

Presides over a range of judicial and quasi-judicial proceedings.

Provides support to the judiciary in the management of court sittings.

Assist the Regional Manager with the effective management of the non-judicial functions of the Magistrates Court of WA at Mandurah and other courts in the Region

Tenure/duration of appointment: Permanent-Full time
