The Role

Applications are invited for the position of Transformation Project Manager.

We are seeking two Transformation Leads who combine strong project management expertise with the ability to coach, facilitate and guide stakeholders through complex organisational change, building trust and fostering collaboration rather than relying on formal authority.

Success in this role will be measured by the delivery of transformation outcomes that enhance Insurance Commission's operating model, alongside the ability to develop people, embed sustainable change and bring the business on the journey through technology and business transformation initiatives.

The Person

You bring strong capability in leading business transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on customer outcomes, people leadership and coaching, while effectively navigating complex stakeholder environments involving internal teams, strategic implementation partners and service delivery partners.

You will combine strong project governance, planning and risk management capabilities with a pragmatic, people-centred approach to delivery. Comfortable operating in environments characterised by ambiguity and evolving priorities, you will maintain momentum towards key milestones and outcomes while adapting to changing circumstances. Drawing on experience across waterfall, hybrid and agile delivery methodologies, you effectively balance structure with flexibility to achieve successful outcomes. Supported by high emotional intelligence and a collaborative, adaptable working style, you build strong stakeholder relationships, foster team engagement, and drive sustainable results in complex organisational environments.
