We are seeking to establish a pool of K-6 Teachers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2027 school year and up to the end of Term 4, 2028. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role

Suitable applicants should display a commitment to excellence by promoting, modelling and maintaining high expectations for all students while adhering to whole-school approaches that are evidence-based and informed by current research. They would implement high-impact teaching strategies and use ongoing formative assessment to provide timely feedback, monitor student progress, and plan differentiated learning experiences that respond to individual student needs. A strong focus on student growth, achievement and continuous improvement is highly desired.

Ideally, we are seeking highly motivated, skilled and dedicated educators who are passionate about improving literacy and numeracy outcomes for every child, every day. Suitable applicants should embrace our whole-school approaches, including explicit teaching and evidence-informed instructional practices, and display a strong understanding of the Western Australian Curriculum. Knowledge of programs such as UFLI, Heggerty, Spelling Mastery and PRIME Mathematics would be highly regarded, along with a commitment to implementing whole-school policies, procedures and lesson design frameworks.
