Food and Beverage Talent Register
This register will be used to identify interested people for casual appointments to our Food and Beverage Attendant or Supervisor roles to provide consistent and high-quality food and beverage services, exceptional presentation and service delivery to all clients and patrons whilst forming an integral part of a strong, supportive and professional team.
When an opportunity arises, we’ll use this register to look for talented and interested people and arrange for a quick chat to ensure you’ll be suitable for the role.
About the role:
The successful applicant will demonstrate
- Serve food and drinks before shows and during intermissions
- Operate as section waiter, host & bar in 50 pax city bistro
- Operate POS systems and handle cash/card transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of service areas
- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks
- Provide warm, professional service to patrons
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
About you
To be considered, you will need to have:
- Valid RSA Certificate, and
- Customer service experience.
It would be desirable if you had:
- Approved Manager's Card, and
- Restaurant table service experience
