About the Role

As a 5LG State Prosecutor with the ODPP, you will prosecute the State's most serious criminal cases across Western Australia (including regional sittings of the District Court and the Supreme Court).  Your key responsibilities will be to assess, prepare, and present at court hearings cases commonly involving very serious allegations of sexual assault, armed robbery, grievous bodily harm and commercial drug dealing; these cases regularly present very complicated issues of fact and law and involve dealing with vulnerable victims and witnesses.
