About the Role

Here at Pilbara Ports, we want to help our communities and customers thrive. We know our success is defined by the success of the communities in which we live and work - this ethos lies at the heart of what we do.

We are committed to advancing an inclusive and diverse workplace culture where people feel engaged, included, valued, and respected. We are proud of the talent and diversity of our workforce - our people are key to our current and future success.

This is a great opportunity to be part of the world’s largest bulk export port authority, encompassing the operating ports of Ashburton, Dampier, Port Hedland and Varanus Island, and five future port sites. The Senior ERP Business Analyst leads cross-functional business analysis, process architecture, continuous improvement, minor enhancement coordination and change enablement across the ERP environment. The role turns business needs into clear requirements, process impacts, controls, testing outcomes and adoption activities, while coordinating delivery, tracking progress, managing dependencies and keeping minor ERP enhancements on track through to operational handover.

About You

This role will suit you if you enjoy diversity, seek out opportunities for growth, and connect with Pilbara Ports' values of Safety, Excellence, Teamwork, Integrity and Care. Your previous experience as a senior business analyst or process analyst in a complex ERP environment, preferably Oracle Fusion SaaS, will contribute to your success in this role. You will be the type of person who is well organised, detail-oriented and able to manage competing priorities, dependencies and delivery commitments in a dynamic operational environment.

The Benefits

Our employees are rewarded with a range of benefits which include:

  • 13% superannuation
  • 4 weeks annual leave
  • 18 weeks paid parental leave
  • Access to training and development opportunities
  • Access to Employee Assistance Program for you and your family
  • Employee and Service Recognition Reward Programs
  • Height adjustable desks and ergonomic assessments
  • Free skin checks and flu vaccinations
  • Corporate and PPE uniform provided

Here at Pilbara Ports, we are committed to advancing an inclusive and diverse workplace culture where people are engaged, included, valued, and respected for their contributions. We are proud of the talent and diversity of our workforce - our people are key to our current and future success.
