This recruitment process will be used to fill multiple permanent full-time vacancies and to establish a pool for backfill opportunities of up to 12 months. Both full-time and part-time arrangements may be considered, with additional permanent opportunities potentially arising during this period. Fixed term vacancies may lead to permanency.

About the team

Start your journey with our new Titling Services business unit as part of our dedicated Customer Service team. Together, we deliver reliable, timely information that makes a real difference for our customers and stakeholders. We focus on delivering customer service across multiple channels and sites, to those who seek to do business with Landgate; while being responsible for registering and securing all land transactions in Western Australia's Land Title Register, meeting the needs of community, government, and industry customers at local, state, and national levels.

About the role 

We’re looking for Senior Customer Service Officers (Level 3) to deliver high-quality customer service across our Midland and Perth locations.

In this role, you’ll support customers across multiple channels; providing accurate, timely, and solutions-focused assistance. You will take on more complex enquiries, helping customers access Landgate’s products and services while delivering positive outcomes, within a regulatory environment.

Working as part of a collaborative team, you’ll apply your technical knowledge to interpret and apply policies and procedures and maintain accurate records across systems. You’ll also act as an escalation point, supporting more challenging interactions and contributing to consistent, high-quality service delivery.

You will play an active role in building team capability by sharing knowledge, providing guidance to colleagues, and contributing to continuous improvement of processes and the overall customer experience.

Where will you work?

It is expected that you will work across both our Midland and Perth city office, located on St George’s Terrace. For both our locations, you have access to public transport as well as plenty of public parking available nearby.

Role Requirements

To be successful in this role, please demonstrate:

  • Experience delivering quality customer service across multiple channels, including resolving complex enquiries.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical or procedural information clearly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, use judgement, maintain accuracy, and escalate issues when needed.
  • Knowledge of relevant Landgate systems and procedures, with the ability to support customers and mentor colleagues.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in a contact centre or similar environment.
  • Familiarity with web-based messaging platforms.
  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as Microsoft Dynamics and/or Genesys.

Vacancies may be offered on a permanent or fixed term basis for the next 12 months following finalisation of the recruitment process. If a similar vacancy in a similar location becomes available in this time, applicants deemed suitable may be considered.
