The Role
Suitable applicants will ideally have relevant experience and have the ability to deliver a diverse range of high-quality administrative services. These may include, but are not limited to, reception and front office duties, relief staff and HR management, managing attendance records, supporting financial operations and assisting with student engagement programs. Previous experience using Compass, Schools Information Systems (SIS), Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS), Resource Management (RM) Billing and RM Finance would be highly regarded.
Suitable applicants will ideally be adaptable and able to take on new challenges and learn new skills. Additionally, suitable applicants should be professional, reliable, self-motivated and able to meet deadlines in a busy environment. They should be customer service focused with well-developed interpersonal skills and be able to use their initiative. In addition, they will need to display their ability to work well within a team environment providing support to the administration team, school community and teaching staff. As a Level 2 School Officer, you would provide vital support to the administration team across a range of operational areas at Harvey SHS.

- Demonstrated ability in using computers and a range of application software packages, particularly databases, spreadsheets and word processing.
- Demonstrated good verbal and written communication skills and experience in the application of customer service principles and practices.
- Demonstrated good interpersonal skills and ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment.
