About the role
The Risk and Compliance Manager is responsible for enabling and facilitating the management of Landgate's risks and compliance at a strategic, operational and project level. This role will focus on developing and embedding a strong culture of risk and compliance management across Landgate through engagement with business stakeholders, development of tools, techniques and methodologies and education. The role is also responsible for ensuring sound business continuity plans (BCP) are in place and that these are tested. Finally, Landgate's insurance requirements are also managed by this role.

Role Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Demonstrated risk management experience in a risk leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing multiple converging disciplines consecutively.
- Demonstrated high-level stakeholder management experience at various levels of hierarchy.
Whilst not essential, it’s desirable if you can demonstrate:
- Tertiary education in a relevant business discipline.
- Previous experience in business continuity leadership.
- Previous experience in compliance leadership.

This is a full-time permanent position, however part time arrangements may be considered. Further offers may be made as other similar (permanent or fixed term) role arise. All fixed term appointments may be eligible for extension/permanency.
