About the job

Full-Time Permanent  

Working within the Retail Customer Marketing team, this role is responsible for developing and delivering the in-store execution strategy for Lotterywest brand campaigns.

Reporting to the Senior Manager Retail Customer Marketing, this role supports the marketing team by translating shopper purchasing behaviours, industry trends and research into actionable retail marketing strategies. The role plays a key part in optimising the customer experience at the point of purchase and driving campaign effectiveness within the retail space.

A core focus of the position is the development and execution of retail point-of-sale (POS) strategies, including the production and implementation of both printed and digital in-store content designed to attract, engage and retain customers. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong business acumen, strategic thinking and the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders to ensure successful in-store execution.

  • Retail POS Execution
  • Digital POS screen strategy
  • Support both static and digital format POS design, including applying best practice design principles.
  • Monitor and interpret consumer and shopper marketing insights and trends.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Communication

We’re looking for

  • A seasoned retail analyst who utilises data and insights to develop strategies to attract and retain our players
  • Someone with strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple proejcts and initiatives
  • A strong communicator who's able to influence and build collaborative relationships across internal and external stakeholders
