Are you naturally curious, detail-oriented, and excited by the power of data?
Join Arts & Culture Trust WA and help inform the decisions that bring arts and culture to life across our communities.

In this hands-on role, you’ll support the collection and preparation of data for organisational, operational and marketing reporting. Using tools such as Tessitura and marketing analytics platforms, you’ll extract, compile and present data to ensure reports are accurate, timely and meaningful.

You’ll help turn data into insights by contributing to campaign reporting, audience analysis and the creation of clear reports, charts and summaries. You’ll maintain datasets and reporting files, support business planning and organisational reporting, and work with teams across the organisation to gather and verify information.

You’ll also assist with research activities such as benchmarking and industry scanning, while identifying data issues and opportunities to improve reporting processes and efficiency.

We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organised and genuinely curious about data and what it can reveal. You’ll be comfortable working with spreadsheets and reporting tools, able to communicate insights clearly, and confident managing multiple tasks. An interest in arts, culture and community impact will help you connect with the purpose behind the work, and experience with Tessitura or marketing analytics tools will be an advantage—though a willingness to learn is just as important.

At Arts & Culture Trust WA, you’ll be part of a collaborative, supportive and purpose-driven organisation that connects people through creative experiences. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills in research, reporting and analytics while contributing to meaningful, evidence-based decision making. You’ll be working in an environment that values curiosity, creativity and continuous improvement, where your work helps bring arts and culture to life across our communities.

Please note: this opportunity is for 1x Full-time, Permanent appointment.
