This is a Fixed Term Full Time appointment until 31 January 2027, with the possibility of extension(s) and permanency.

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised Project Officer to join our Digital Health team and provide high-level administrative, governance, reporting and coordination support to Portfolio, Program and Project Managers at Perth Children's Hospital (PCH).
Reporting to the Program Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of digital health projects that enhance healthcare service delivery. Working alongside experienced project professionals in a collaborative environment, your organisational, analytical and communication skills will contribute directly to project success.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing project reports, including data collection, analysis and report drafting.
- Coordinating with Program and Project teams to monitor progress, verify milestones and maintain project status information.
- Extracting and analysing expenditure and financial data from PMO systems, assisting with budget reconciliation, expenditure tracking and resource planning activities.
- Maintaining program and project documentation, logs, registers and records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, distributing documentation and providing secretariat support, including minute-taking and action tracking.
- Assisting with quality reviews of project documentation.
- Maintaining risk, issue and decision registers.
- Supporting recruitment activities and providing administrative and logistical assistance across programs and projects.
- Facilitating effective communication and information flow between project teams and the PMO.
- Developing and maintaining reporting procedures and work instructions.

The Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) Digital Delivery team lead and implement a portfolio of projects that enable the seamless delivery of services across CAHS. Our project portfolio is governed through CAHS Digital Health and Statewide governance, and in alignment with the CAHS Strategic Plan.
Our team design, implement, and support technology solutions that enhance clinical and administrative operations across a broad range of digital systems, platforms, and infrastructure. We also provide end-user support and delivers digital capabilities across patient management systems, scheduling and workforce management solutions, virtual care and telehealth services, mobile health applications, medical devices and equipment, imaging platforms, and laboratory and pharmacy management systems.
