The Construction Training Fund (CTF) is a small, dynamic organisation responsible for collecting a levy on building and construction activity across Western Australia and reinvesting these funds to support a skilled and sustainable construction workforce. This is achieved through the delivery of training and grant programs for apprentices, trainees and their employers across the State.

Job Description
Working within the Communications and Operations team, the Programs Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring the effective delivery of grant programs that improve training outcomes and support a skilled, sustainable workforce.
As Programs Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day administration and quality delivery of CTF grant programs, ensuring processes are efficient, compliant and customer-focused.
The role combines team leadership with operational delivery—coaching and supporting staff, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement—while also providing high-quality advice to stakeholders and managing program data, reporting and compliance activities.
You will work closely with the Programs Manager and external partners to ensure programs are delivered smoothly and stakeholders receive timely, accurate support.
Selection Criteria
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:
- Strong administration, data entry, data analysis and data reporting skills.
- Strong technical skills including experience using MS Office Suite, databases and CMS systems
- Demonstrated problem solving skills, ability to identify trends/risks and development of workable solutions, continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated experience supervising programs of work and teams, ensuring process compliance and work quality.
- Demonstrated customer service skills and experience in building productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to inspire a team to ensure a team focused and collaborative approach.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
