We are seeking a Program Coordinator (Career Taster ACCO) 50D   

The Program Coordinator (Career Taster ACCO) 50D, enables delivery of CTP experiences in partnership with Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations (ACCOs) in the Pilbara and Kimberley regions.

The program will deliver:

1. Place based CTP experiences for Aboriginal and at-risk people in the Pilbara; and
2. Bespoke film, television, and storytelling experiences for Aboriginal young people in the Kimberley.

The role focuses on delivering meaningful, engaging and culturally responsive career exploration experiences that introduce participants to the world of work, vocational education and training (VET), and local and regional employment opportunities.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating opportunities for Aboriginal people through education, training and employment pathways. You will be an exceptional relationship builder who can engage effectively with ACCOs, industry and community stakeholders, and confidently drive projects from planning through to successful delivery.

You will be proactive, hard-working and committed to culturally responsive practices that deliver positive outcomes for First Nations communities.
