The Role

Applications are invited for the position of People and Culture Systems Support Officer.

This role plays an important part in supporting the effective operation of People and Culture systems across the organisation. Responsible for system administration, data integrity, reporting and user support, the position helps ensure people systems remain reliable, efficient and fit for purpose. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, the role contributes to continuous improvement initiatives, workforce reporting and the delivery of a positive user experience.

This position is classified at Level 3/5, enabling appointment at the level that best reflects the successful applicant’s capability, experience and demonstrated ability to perform the requirements of the role.

The Person

You bring strong capability in People and Culture systems administration, data management, reporting and customer support. You have experience maintaining data integrity, resolving system issues, producing meaningful workforce reports and supporting users to maximise system functionality. Your ability to analyse information, identify improvement opportunities and communicate technical concepts clearly enables you to deliver effective solutions and high-quality service.

Appointment Information

In addition to the immediately available position, appointments may be made from this process within a twelve-month period to similar positions that may be permanent or contract, including fixed term appointments with the possibility of extension or subsequent permanency.
