Join our Organisational Development (OD) team! Our branch provides expertise and services to DPC and its staff in the following areas; Workforce Development, Workforce Planning and Workforce Health and Safety (WHS).

About the Role

The Organisational Development Consultant is a dynamic support role where precision, analytical thinking and attention to detail are essential.

You will contribute to the design and delivery of OD initiatives, support in facilitating workshops, and play a key role in collecting, analysing and reporting data to inform decision-making. This position suits someone who thrives on working with systems and processes, enjoys turning data into meaningful insights, and can maintain accuracy across multiple priorities while supporting strong stakeholder relationships.

You’ll build practical, in-demand skills in OD, including workforce strategy, facilitation and data-driven decision-making, while gaining exposure to complex, whole-of-government initiatives. Working alongside experienced practitioners, you’ll have the opportunity to accelerate your development in a supportive, values-driven environment and position yourself for future growth in HR or OD.

Permanent appointment:

  • To be eligible for appointment to permanent positions in the West Australian Public Sector you must be an Australian citizen or have permanent resident status in Australia at the time of applying.
