This is a Permanent, Full-Time position working 76 hours per fortnight. This position is based in the Perth CBD area.
About the Opportunity
We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic individual to appoint to the role of Manager of Cyber Security Operations, Incident Response.
This role is responsible for provision of support to the Chief Cyber Security Officer:
- to execute and enhance operational cyber risk mitigation and compliance through supporting the development and maintenance of threat intelligence and a Cyber Incident Response Plan;
- by coordinating incident responses by developing, implementing and maintaining an ICT business continuity and disaster recovery strategy and plan;
- by contributing to the strategic and business planning processes of the unit;
- by undertaking complex research, planning and analysis related to new, emerging and existing Cyber Security strategic initiatives.

Suitability Criteria
- Demonstrated substantial knowledge and experience in the identification, assessment and management of operational ICT security, threat intelligence, risk factors, and related technology architecture with specific knowledge and experience relevant to a large corporate or government environments using cloud-based technologies.
- Demonstrated experience and ability in ICT Disaster Recovery and Service Continuity planning and analysis to support Business Continuity processes within a large complex organisation.
- Demonstrated substantial knowledge and understanding of cyber security standards and frameworks.
- Demonstrated high-level analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to provide innovative solutions to complex cyber security problems.
- Demonstrated experience and ability in building and sustaining productive relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, communicating and effectively influencing and negotiating desired outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, simultaneous and complex risk and security priorities and initiatives.
- Current knowledge of legislative obligations for Equal Opportunity, Disability Services and Occupational Safety and Health, and how these impact on employment and service delivery.
