This is a five-year full-time contract with the possibility of a further contract extension. Suitable applicants may be considered for other similar vacancies within the next 12 months.

THE WORKING ENVIRONMENT
The Corruption and Crime Commission (CCC) is a leading anti-corruption agency whose primary purpose is to strengthen the integrity of the public sector, reduce corruption and disrupt criminal activity for the benefit of our community.
The Assessment and Oversight directorate (AOD) is a multi-functional team that works collaboratively across the Commission and the Western Australian (WA) public sector through its assessment, oversight, and research and engagement functions. The Directorate assesses and manages the receipt of serious misconduct allegations, conducts reviews of investigations conducted by WA government sector agencies and conducts research and analysis to inform Commission priorities and assist the public sector to mitigate serious misconduct.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As Manager Assessments, you'll lead a high-performing team responsible for assessing serious misconduct allegations received by the Commission.
You'll guide and support your team in delivering high-quality, timely assessments while ensuring decisions are consistent with legislative requirements, Commission procedures and strategic priorities. You'll be comfortable analysing complex information, including interpreting legislation and policies and procedures, and exercising sound judgement to provide clear, practical recommendations.

ELIGIBILITY AND PROCESS
The Commission requires applicants to be Australian citizens or be immediately eligible for citizenship, and appointment is conditional on satisfactory completion of a rigorous security clearance process.
