Step into the world of Secure Care where your work is more than just a job.
As a Management Officer Secure Care you:
- maintain the roster for Secure Care staff to ensure full coverage of shifts,
- monitor compliance with Work Health and Safety (WHS) within the workplace
- ensure effective asset and facility management and the maintenance of Secure Care resources,
- maintain effective relationships with external and internal stakeholders,
- assist with recruitment processes within Secure Care, and
- provide a high-quality service that is proactive and solution focussed and responsive to the requirements of a trauma informed workplace.
