Play a key role in managing, optimising and continuously improving the PTA's learning systems to support workforce capability, compliance and organisational learning outcomes.
Working within the HR Systems team, you will lead the administration, configuration and continuous improvement of the PTA's learning systems and associated learning technologies, ensuring they are reliable, accessible, user-focused and aligned with business needs. You will work closely with Learning and Development teams, subject matter experts and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for system improvements, support learning initiatives and deliver effective technology solutions.
You will also use learning system data to develop reporting, dashboards and insights that support informed decision-making, compliance obligations and continuous improvement. By working collaboratively with stakeholders across the organisation, you will help ensure learning information and data is accurate, meaningful and accessible, enabling the PTA to make evidence-based decisions about workforce capability and development.

About You!
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Experience administering, managing and optimising Learning Management Systems (LMS) and associated learning technologies within a complex organisation.
- Demonstrated working with learning and HR systems, including system configuration, integrations, reporting and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for system and process improvement.
- Well-developed communication, stakeholder engagement and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
- Experience using digital learning technologies to support learning delivery, administration and organisational capability outcomes.
- The ability to use learning system data to develop meaningful reports and insights, with knowledge of training standards, regulatory requirements and RTO reporting obligations

There is one permanent full-time opportunity available for an immediate start. Applicants assessed as suitable through this process may be used to fill similar vacancies both fixed term and permanent that may arise within the next 12 months.
