We are seeking motivated and experienced HR and Recruitment Partners to join East Metropolitan Health Service’s Human Resources Team.
We currently have a permanent as well as a fixed term vacancy for 12 months (with the possibility of extension and/ or permanency)
About the role: As a HR and Recruitment Partner you will play a key role in attracting and securing the talent that supports our organisation's success. With a primary focus on recruitment and talent acquisition, you will partner with managers to deliver high-quality, end-to-end recruitment services, build strong candidate pipelines and ensure a positive experience for both hiring managers and candidates.
Working closely with the broader HR team, you will also provide advice and support on general HR matters, contribute to workforce initiatives and projects, and use recruitment and workforce data to drive continuous improvement. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive HR professional who thrives on building relationships, delivering great recruitment outcomes and helping shape a diverse and high-performing workforce.
About you: To succeed, you will need to bring experience delivering customer-focused HR and recruitment services, with the ability to take initiative, build strong relationships and provide practical solutions in a complex and fast-paced environment. A confident communicator, you will be skilled at partnering with stakeholders, developing trusted working relationships and providing high-quality advice and support across recruitment and broader HR activities.
Excellent organisational skills are required along with the ability to manage competing priorities and a proven track record of delivering outcomes within tight timeframes. You will be comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in response to changing business needs. Strong capability in HR and recruitment technology is essential, including experience using HRIS and applicant tracking systems, along with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel to analyse workforce and recruitment data, produce reports and identify opportunities for process improvement.

About us: The East Metropolitan Health Service (EMHS) comprises an extensive hospital and health service network that aims to maintain and improve the health and wellbeing of more than 725,000 Western Australians in its catchment area.
