This is an exciting opportunity to join North Regional TAFE and live in one of the most pristine, remote and exciting regions in our State.

We are seeking a Grant Funding Administrator.

The Grant Funding Administrator provides administrative and coordination support within Organisational Services, with a primary focus on the effective administration of grant‑funded programs. The role supports funding compliance by maintaining accurate records, coordinating reporting requirements, and assisting in ensuring programs are delivered in line with funding agreements and contractual obligations.

The position is also responsible for supporting the preparation of accurate and timely acquittals and reports, coordinating grant related staff travel, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth operational delivery. This role plays a key part in maintaining accountability against funding requirements and contributes to the achievement of the operational objectives of the Organisational Services Directorate.
