About The Role:

This position provides high-level administrative and executive support to the Complex Program and Property Transactions team leadership within the Housing Delivery and Asset Maintenance directorate, ensuring the efficient coordination of ministerial, project, and corporate communications. The role is responsible for managing critical correspondence, supporting executive reporting, and maintaining administrative systems that underpin the Division’s strategic and operational effectiveness. It plays a key role in enabling executive functions through timely, accurate, and confidential support services.
