The Role

As a Special Needs Education Assistant, you ideally will:

• Work closely with teachers to implement individualised programs that support student growth.
• Provide literacy, numeracy, and behavioural support, creating a safe and engaging learning environment.
• Help students build confidence, independence, and resilience.
• Assist with technology, sensory programs, and inclusive classroom strategies.
• Support students in the classroom and in out-of-class activities and excursions.
• Be a part of a team that values your contributions and supports your professional journey.
