We are seeking to establish a pool of Mainstream Education Assistants for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2027 school year. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role

Suitable applicants would work closely with teachers to plan and deliver inclusive, purposeful, and engaging learning programs that support all students. A belief in the potential of every student and a commitment to high expectations are highly desirable.

Suitable applicants should support students’ academic, social, and emotional development, and ideally bring experience in synthetic phonics, oral language, and social-emotional learning. Under teacher guidance, they would assist with program delivery, support small groups or individuals, and provide feedback to enhance learning, particularly for students at educational risk.
