About You
Lead innovation and organisational excellence at North Metropolitan TAFE. As the Director Organisational Capability, you will drive strategic initiatives across data, digital transformation, course management, and marketing and communications to improve organisational performance and deliver impactful outcomes.

You are a strategic and influential leader with experience leading business improvement, organisational change and high-performing teams. With strong stakeholder engagement, analytical and communication skills, you thrive on delivering innovative, data-driven solutions that create lasting organisational value.

There is an option to accrue an additional two weeks leave each year on top of your standard four weeks annual leave.
