Fiona Stanley Fremantle Hospitals Group (FSFHG) are seeking dedicated Clinical Neuropsychologist (Grade 2) / Clinical Neuropsychologist Registrar (Grade 1) to join our Clinical Psychology and Neuro Psychology
This is a Permanent Full Time, Permanent Part Time, Fixed Term Full Time and Fixed Term Part Time appointments, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.
We have multiple positions available within the State Rehabilitation Service and Mental Health
The successful Clinical Neuropsychologist applicant/(s) shall work within an interdisciplinary and professional team context, provides specialist clinical, consultant, education and research neuropsychology service to Inpatients and Outpatients presenting with complex cognitive, neuropsychological, rehabilitation and mental health difficulties. Provides clinical supervision to Clinical Neuropsychology Registrars and Trainees as well as having access to your own clinical supervision within the Department.
The successful Clinical Neuropsychologist Registrar applicant/(s) shall work within an interdisciplinary and professional team context under clinical supervision, performs a clinical, consultant, education and research neuropsychology service to Inpatients and Outpatients presenting with complex cognitive, neuropsychological, rehabilitation and mental health difficulties. You will have access to weekly clinical supervision, professional support and Registrar Development, Support and Supervision group within the Department to assist with your competencies and progress to full registration as a psychologist with area of practice endorsement as a Clinical Neuropsychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia.
Both Positions shall practice in accordance with laws and ethical standards governing psychological practice as per the Psychology Board of Australia (AHPRA) and SMHS policies and guidelines.

We are a dynamic, experienced, and dedicated team of Clinical Psychologists and Clinical Neuropsychologists working across diverse clinical specialties within the Fiona Stanley Fremantle Hospitals Group (FSFHG). Working alongside medical, nursing and allied health professionals, we deliver comprehensive, evidence-informed psychological services to paediatric, young adult, adult, and older adult inpatients and outpatients experiencing complex medical, chronic health, cognitive, rehabilitation and mental health needs to optimise medical treatment, rehabilitation and improve psychological and mental health well-being.
As part of our commitment to excellent professional standards and continuous professional growth, we offer clinical supervision (Area of Practice Endorsement), operational supervision, mentoring, support to become a Board Approved Supervisor for eligible clinicians, and access to an internal education program. In addition, clinical psychologists and neuropsychologists have opportunities to contribute to quality improvement, service development and translational clinical research within the department as well as the broader Allied Health Directorate across FSFHG.
Fiona Stanley Hospital (FSH) is a 783-bed tertiary hospital offering a range of health services including the State Rehabilitation Service, a comprehensive cancer centre, purpose-built mental health unit, maternity, paediatric and neonatal services, and the State Adult Burns Service.
