The Role
Applications are invited for the position of Claims Support Officer (Workers’ Compensation).
The position plays a key role in managing a portfolio of non-complex workers’ compensation claims and provide support to the claims officers and claims resolution officers.
Successful applicants will complete a structured and supported four week training program on commencement, followed by ongoing in-team mentoring, working together in a supportive and committed team. Even if you do not have experience in Workers' Compensation, but you have the capabilities outlined in the job description form, we want to hear from you.
The Person
You bring strong capability in customer service, with the ability to build effective working relationships, understand client needs, and provide timely and professional support. You will possess well-developed verbal and written communication skills, enabling them to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
You will have the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, contributing positively to shared objectives and maintaining productive working relationships. Proficient in the use of word processing software and other standard office applications, with the ability to efficiently prepare documents, manage information, and support administrative processes.

Appointment Information
