About the Role

Primarily based at the Perth High Performance Centre, this role will provide professional and confidential executive, secretariat, and project support to the Governance Directorate and to select members of the Executive.  The role will be integral in facilitating the effective operations of Board and Executive committees and will prepare submissions, papers, and comprehensive minutes and also undertake projects and reporting that contribute to organisational goals and objectives. 

We currently have 1 fixed term, full time, 12 month position available for immediate filling with the possibility of extension.

Whilst the position will be based at Perth High Performance Centre in Mount Claremont, mobility may be required between the portfolio of facilities.

About the Person

To be successful in the role it is imperative that you have strong administrative skills with a key component of the role being high-level minute-taking skills. The ability to juggle multiple responsibilities simultaneously will also be required in this role.
