About You

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting North Metropolitan TAFE's digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you will analyse business processes, identify opportunities to improve efficiency and user experience, and support the effective use of student management and related systems. You will translate business needs into practical solutions, develop process documentation and business requirements, support system enhancements and testing activities, and use data and insights to drive informed decision-making and improved outcomes for staff and students.

There is an option to accrue an additional two weeks leave each year on top of your standard four weeks annual leave.
