About the Role
Working under the direction and supervision of Occupational Therapists, you will play an essential role in delivering high-quality rehabilitation services that promote independence, participation, and wellbeing. No two days are the same. You'll work closely with patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, supporting them to achieve meaningful goals while developing your own clinical knowledge and practical skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing individual therapy programs.
- Facilitating engaging and meaningful group therapy sessions.
- Preparing, maintaining, and managing therapy resources and equipment.
- Assisting Occupational Therapists with patient interventions and equipment management.
- Providing administrative and clinical support to the Occupational Therapy Department.
- Contributing to the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centred care.
Grow Your Skills
Gain broad clinical experience within a supportive learning environment. You'll work across a range of specialties, including:
- Stroke rehabilitation.
- Geriatric medicine.
- Orthopaedic and surgical rehabilitation.
- General rehabilitation including patients with neurological conditions and amputees.

Appointments may be made on a Permanent Full-Time, Permanent Part-Time, Fixed-Term Full-Time, Fixed-Term Part-Time, or Casual basis and includes the future possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.
