The Public Sector Commission is on a mission to create an innovative and future fit public sector for all Western Australians.

This position is part of a dedicated review team that provides an important assurance to government and the community that agencies funded through the public purse are delivering what is expected of them.

The team partners with public sector agencies through the Agency Capability Review program to help agencies understand their strengths, and their areas for improvement to be future enabled.

Our team now needs someone who has experience with project administration, enjoys being challenged, takes on planning activities with an eye on prioritisation, and can manage multiple moving pieces.

You’ll work with the review manager and team to support agency capability reviews and ensure they are being implemented in line with the Agency Capability Framework and established methodology.

During a review you’ll do background research, help collect information, coordinate stakeholder meetings, maintain records and draft reports and briefings.

You don’t need to have experience in undertaking reviews or investigations, or in project management. But we do want someone with great organisational and communication skills.
