This is a 11 month fixed term, full-time position commencing ASAP with possible extension and/or permanency
Program Kaartdijin (the Program) has been established to develop a functionally fit, technologically robust solution to replace the current School Information System (SIS) and include additional information capture and reportability. The Program focuses on providing short term solutions as well as a longer term solution that meets the operational needs of schools and the reporting and management needs of the Department at large. The Program’s vision is to provide a contemporary administrative and finance solution connecting people, processes and systems for school communities now and into the future.
The Role
Program Kaartdijin is seeking a dedicated and motivated Administrative Assistant to provide effective and responsive administrative support to achieve the Program’s operational goals. This includes coordination and preparation of correspondence and briefing notes as well as provision of executive support for meetings.
You will maintain and monitor program expenditure and undertake other financial administration tasks including accounts payable, reconciliation and purchasing. As the successful applicant, you will liaise with senior staff across the Department, other agencies and members of the education community on a diverse range of program-related matters. You will manage enquiries in a timely manner and develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to achieve program outcomes.
