About the Opportunity:

We are currently seeking to appoint dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to Aboriginal Health Liaison Officer positions. In this role, the successful applicant will provide evidence-based, safe, and culturally secure person-centred care to Aboriginal clients accessing clinical services across the East Metropolitan Health Service (EMHS) and post discharge. The successful applicants will be responsible for cultural support and health advocacy, education, care coordination, case-management, and liaise/negotiate with health professionals, and primary health care providers to improve Aboriginal peoples' experiences and journey within the East Metropolitan Health Service. About the EMHS:

The East Metropolitan Health Service (EMHS) comprises an extensive hospital and health service network that aims to maintain and improve the health and wellbeing of more than 828,000 Western Australians in its catchment area.
