As a Contracts Support Officer and working alongside the Director Contracts, you will be responsible for a wide array of administrative tasks, ensuring the seamless operation of our newly established Contracts Management Division. As the Contracts Support Officer, you will play a pivotal role in being the go-to for all things contract management. The opportunity to assist committees and project working groups will also enable you to build strong relationships with the wider business. Your experience in providing complex administrative support and your ability to manage multiple priorities will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
With a primary focus on keeping track of important documents and ensuring timely correspondence, accuracy and efficiency in recordkeeping will be second nature to you. A primary focus on building and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders is also a key aspect of this position
