As the Head Chef at Albany Entertainment Centre, your role will be to lead our kitchen operations with creativity and precision, ensuring every dish delights our guests and exceeds their expectations.
Albany Entertainment Centre is located the edge of Princess Royal Harbour and is the premier live entertainment and conferencing facility in the Great Southern, providing a regular restaurant service for patrons and function bookings for clients ranging from meetings to weddings.
With a primary focus on safety, compliance, and fostering a dynamic team environment, you will play a leading role in providing an unforgettable dining experience whilst driving profitability and customer satisfaction.
From maintaining impeccable cleanliness to innovating menu offerings, you’ll have the opportunity your talent and passion for culinary excellence.
To be considered for this position, you will also be required to possess or obtain the following:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a previous Executive Chef or Head Chef role – or similar
- FoodSafe accreditation
- Approved Managers Certificate
Please note: this position works across a 7-day working week and weekend/after normal business hours may be needed.
This is a fixed term full time appointment with the possibility of extension(s) and or permanency. Successful applicants may be contacted for similar opportunities for up to 6 months after advert closure.

A current Satisfactory National Police Clearance (within 6 months) will be required prior to commencing employment.
