As part of the executive team and reporting directly to the Manager Corporate Governance, you will oversee all aspects of board administration and governance functions. Beyond traditional secretariat responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to spearhead strategic initiatives and procedural enhancements. In this role you will:
- Coordinate the logistical aspects of board meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and meeting minutes.
- The opportunity to meet and engage with all teams and committees and advisory groups across ACT to elevate governance.
- Analyse and refine board governance processes, leveraging technology to streamline administrative tasks and enhance efficiency.
- Resolve procedural matters and provide administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the board and its committees.
- Educate internal stakeholders on relevant WA Public Sector regulations and procedures, identifying opportunities for operational enhancements and compliance improvements.
- Develops, implements, and maintains relevant administrative systems to ensure compliant and secure record keeping, including the identification of areas where systems and processes can be changed to improve the services.

We offer:
- Flexible work practices.
- Superannuation 11%, increasing to 12% by 1 July 2025.

A current Satisfactory (within 6 months) National Police Clearance will be required prior to commencement of employment.
