About the Role
As an Aquatic Service Officer, you will provide high quality, vigilant pool supervision and water safety education to all users and ensure at all times that the aquatic facilities of VenuesWest are well maintained. You will be responsible for delivering a safe, enjoyable and high-quality customer service to visitors and stakeholders. For this role you will be required to be available to work Monday through Sunday on shift-work hours.
We currently have casual opportunities based at both HBF Stadium in Mount Claremont and HBF Arena in Joondalup.

About the Person
As a successful candidate, you will have proven water rescue and resuscitation skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as the ability to work in a team environment. Working knowledge of safe working practices and Occupational Health and Safety legislation relevant to the role is highly desirable.
For this role it is essential that you have current Pool Lifeguard, Provide CPR and Provide First Aid certifications. Previous lifeguard experience at a Group 1 Aquatic facility and a Pool Operators/Managers Certificate of Competency would be beneficial.
