About the Role
Our Finance Management Branch is located within the Finance and Commercial Services Directorate at our Head Office at Don Aitken Centre East Perth. The Branch provides strategic support and corporate development through provision of leadership in Financial Management, innovative solutions to Business/Financial Management issues and provision of Best Practice financial systems, policies and processes.
We are seeking a suitable qualified professional who is able to lead a small team of Accountants providing management and project accounting services including Project Budget, Forecasting and Reporting Management processes and systems.
If you are highly skilled in financial management systems, are able to engage with all levels of the organisation providing business partnering service and possess strong technical skills in delivering corporate decision-making and advice, we would love to hear from you!
About You
To be successful in this role you will have comprehensive skills, knowledge and experience in management accounting standards and practice, project accounting, including financial management, accrual accounting for contracts, forecasting and financial analysis in a large and complex organisation is essential. You will have the ability to manage staff behaviour, performance and development.
