Position Profile: We are looking for suitably experienced applicants for the role of Program Manager to manage the development and delivery of large ICT programs of work within Health Support Services (HSS) and the WA health system. The occupants of this position will lead the project management resources required to deliver on agreed outcomes to programs, projects and/or initiatives. In addition, the role Program Manager will ensure work is delivered using a standardised and best practice approach, that roles and responsibilities are aligned with business needs and risk is effectively managed.
This role will require someone who has a proven ability to work effectively with all organisational levels and has experience implementing and monitoring project and program management practices. The successful candidate will have proven skills in project financial management, scheduling, risk management, project governance and methodology, business cases, benefits realisation, stakeholder management, project / program monitoring and reporting.
