The Department of Communities brings together the services and functions of disability services, child protection and family support, housing, community initiatives and regional services reform.
The Department of Communities will relocate its head office to the new purpose-built Kings Square, Fremantle, that is set to accommodate 1500 State Government employees. This move is currently scheduled for April 2020.
The Opportunity
There is currently one (1) fixed term full time position available for immediate filling for up to 12 months with the possibility of extension. The level of candidate appointment made will be dependent on skills, experience and suitability for the role.
As a Business Analyst you are responsible for assisting our Business Units to provide business solutions to meet the changing needs of the Department.
We would like to hear from you if you have the following skill set:
- Ability to analyse and define business requirements and develop effective solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills demonstrating the ability to effectively communicate with Senior Management, Technical and Non-Technical staff.
In addition, applicants for the Senior Business Analyst, Level 6 role will need to demonstrate experience in delivering projects according to agreed objectives.
