12 month fixed term contract.

What is the role?
In this role you will receive briefing note requests, Parliamentary questions, Cabinet referrals, and other information requests from Ministers’ offices and other relevant sources, and requests from within the Department. You will register and allocate these appropriately for response, advise staff on procedures and timeliness, and co-ordinate approval, delivery and recording of the response.
