At Landgate we have our sights set firmly on new horizons. We are currently seeking experienced Team Leaders to lead, manage and mentor a team of valuation experts and help contribute to our success.
Our valuations team are responsible for delivering and managing the states property valuation rolls which underpin local and state government rates revenue. Your focus, as Team Leader will be to oversee their day-to-day activities, liaising with senior management and key stakeholders both internal and external to ensure the service delivery of statutory valuation programs across the state whilst building a collaborative and high performing team culture.

Does this role interest you?
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience leading and empowering specialist teams, including the ability to set expectations and manage performance to achieve optimal results.
- Proven experience in leading change and embedding a ‘can do’ team culture with a pro-active and resilient leadership approach.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, and an ability to tailor your style to suit the audience.
- Effective influencing and negotiating skills, building and maintaining key relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high quality service.
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to analyse and resolve issues maintaining a focus on quality and the application of innovative thinking.
- Excellent organisational skills with an ability to prioritise work and achieve outcomes within agreed timeframes.
