The Opportunity As a Senior Case Manager you will investigate complaints made against public housing tenants and takes action to manage disruptive behaviour in accordance with Departmental Policy. Coordinate and control the capture, distribution and monitoring of complaints made against public housing tenants. Provide guidance, assistance and support to branch officers..
